Introduction
My name is Michael O’Neal and I have been cooking since I was 5yrs old. My mother had me in the kitchen cleaning collard greens and snapping peas the moment she found out that I had a passion for cooking!
In a way you can say it was our way of escaping the world and enjoy the times we shared. Cooking has always been a big part of my family and I’m grateful my mother was able to pass down the teachings.
She once told me “I will make a great husband for some lucky lady one day.”
And wouldn’t you know it she was right!
